At Destiny Pursuit Coaching & Training we work with you to build the skills for clear, confident and effective communication 

This 3 HOUR training empowers you to effectively deal with the range of different people who come in and out of your life, from business clients and customers, staff, suppliers, to family and friends.

You will learn about what motivates humans (you and others) to behave in certain ways, and how your communication and language can be tailored to manage your state and the emotions of others to influence behaviour and outcomes.

You will also unlock the code of the predictable patterns of communication that people use, and we will give you specific tools to assist you to master your interpersonal relationships in any area of your life.

In this training we will focus on:

✔ The science of the brain and how this relates to effective communication

✔ The concept of needs-based behaviour and communication, and how understanding the needs of others helps us to structure our response effectively

✔ How to deal with people in an emotionally heightened state (including managing our own emotions)

✔The central place of rapport and intentional listening in successful communication interactions

At the end of the training you will have an enhanced capacity to:
